Integrative Medicine for Mental Health (IMMH) invites you to exhibit at our 9th Annual Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Conference in Dallas, Texas! This four-day international conference will give practitioners a holistic approach to successfully diagnose and treat underlying issues contributing to the manifestations of neurological, behavioral, and psychiatric disorders.

If mental health is a focus for your organization, this conference is an ideal opportunity for you. Your organization can build a reputation with the IMMH community by sponsoring and/or exhibiting at this respected conference. Our conference schedule allows for ample breaks in the exhibit hall and provides social opportunities for you to personally connect with attendees and speakers.  We expect to have 400-500 attendees and the breakdown of what types of practitioners typically attend can be found in the downloadable prospectus.

The conference mobile app will allow attendees and exhibitors access to the conference news feed, schedule, speaker information, surveys, and much more.   All exhibitors will have the opportunity for their company bio to appear on the app’s exhibitor page. This will include your company logo, name, description, website link, social media link, and contact information.  In addition, all Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond level sponsors will also be featured on the app’s sponsor page for even greater exposure.  The conference staff will use the app news feed to post various announcements. Attendees and exhibitors will also have the opportunity to post about the conference, including pictures of their experiences and promotion for exhibit booths.


This year’s Meet & Greet Reception (held on Friday evening) will be hosted in the exhibit hall, giving all exhibitors yet another opportunity to connect with attendees at their booths.


Lead generation via CVENT’s Lead Capture app (downloadable on your mobile device) will be optional for all exhibitors and licenses for this can be purchased directly from CVENT.   Platinum sponsors will receive one FREE lead capture license.  Gold sponsors will receive 50% off one lead capture license.  Scanning the badges of those who visit your booth will help you gather and save crucial data very quickly. You will also be able to add personal notes for any contact to assist with your post-conference follow-up. At the end of the conference (or any time during the conference), you will have access to a report of all your scanned contacts.


This year, we will hold a raffle for prizes provided by exhibitors.  Those exhibitors who want to participate in the raffle need to notify IMMH what their raffle item will be by August 1st.  There will be a list of all the raffle prizes and which exhibitors are providing them in the conference session books for all attendees and we will promote the raffle via e-mail, the app, and from announcements at the podium.  In order to enter to win prizes, attendees will need to visit the exhibitors’ booths to complete an entry form or drop a business card.  During the exhibit breaks on Saturday, we will announce the winners of each prize.   


There will be a limited number of lunch presentations available during the conference on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, available on a first come, first served basis.  These presentations will be 45-minutes long and will be non-CME, so they can have commercial content.  These are a great opportunity to promote your company’s products or services to a captive audience of our attendees.  Presentations can be given to a group of 330 people, a group of 190 people, or a group of 100 people.  Only the 330-person lunch presentations (one each on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday) will be available for an initial window of time.  If one or more of the 330-person lunches doesn’t sell, we will make the lunches for 190 and 100 available.  The lunches for 330 people will be exclusive presentations.  The lunches for 190 and 100 people may be held simultaneously, and may not be exclusive.  IMMH will promote the lunch presentations in the conference brochure mailer (if confirmed in time), on the conference web site schedule, in the schedule given out at the conference, on specific signage at the conference, and during the podium announcements.  Attendees will need to visit your booth to get a ticket to your lunch presentation and IMMH will provide the tickets.  Please see the lunch presentation sponsorship packages and prices on the next page.    


Many of you are probably aware of the groups who target exhibitors for all kinds of conferences, pretending to be the official hotel room booking service for the conference.  If you have signed up to exhibit with us, you will probably receive one or more of these calls.  This is a scam.  The only way to book a room in our block at the Hyatt Regency Dallas for IMMH is to use the link or call the number listed on the Venue page of the conference web site: https://www.immh2018.com/venue/
